Free programs for children and their caretakers to enjoy side by side outdoors!
Wonder Walks are for children ages 0-6 & Art Adventures are for children ages 6 and up.
Wonder Walks
Ages 0-5
June 6th-August 30th
9am-10am
Fridays at Langlais Art Preserve in Cushing
Saturdays at rotating Georges River Land Trust Preserves
Saturday locations: Ash Point in Owls Head, Gibson Preserve in Searsmont, Riverview Hayfields in South Thomaston, Appleton Preserve, Jack Baker Woods in Thomaston
Gently guided, child-centered meanders with new discoveries each week, as the landscape evolves over the season. We’ll look closely, ask questions, and use all five senses.

Art Adventures
Ages 6+

Wednesdays at Gibson Preserve in Searsmont
Fridays & Saturdays at Langlais Art Preserve in Cushing
Fun nature walks paired with wildly creative art projects inspired by the preserve. Designed for kids and adults to explore and make together.
Programs are free! Donations are suggested and appreciated.
