The Meadowbrook Preserve is a GRLT conservation easement owned by the town of St. George. The property is mostly mossy woodland with a stream running along the northern edge and into marshy wetlands.

The .7 miles of trail winds through this forest with view points along the stream bed.

From the trailhead, it is relatively level hike with no substantial elevation gain or loss throughout.

No overnight camping is allowed.

There is a small parking lot on the west side of Turkey Cove Road, about 1.5 miles from the intersection of Wallston Road and Route 131.
