The Jones Brook Trail that connects to The Fort Point Trail is temporarily closed. 

The Town Forest Trail is a short loop through mixed softwoods and over bridges of natural design.

The Kinney Woods trailhead is on Kinney Woods Road, 0.7 miles east of Route 131. The Wiley's Corner trailhead is located at the intersection of Wiley's Corner Road and Route 131, five miles south of the intersection of Routes 1 and 131 in Thomaston.

The trails all have a few narrow bridges as well as occasional roots and stones to step over. The terrain is moderately level and provides an easy walk for those hikers looking for a longer trip.
