“Stew Crew” Trail Work Parties
Looking to get your hands dirty? Join our Stew Crew! On every Thursday morning we host work parties on the trails of the Georges Highland Path and on our conservation properties. We could use your help with routine maintenance on our existing trails as well as clearing new sections of trail that are currently under development.
Tasks include cutting back vegetation, limbing trees, hauling away limbs, shoring up or rerouting wet sections of trail, building bog bridges, and painting trail blazes.
This is a great excuse to spend time outdoors in some of the most scenic places in our region. Contact Matt Bonner, Public Access Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org and you’ll get notification about where we’ll be and what we’ll be doing. You decide when you want to come and how often you’d like to help. What could be easier?
