Georges River Land Trust (GRLT) is seeking an individual with non-profit development experience to manage a growing development program including communications, membership growth, cultivation of major donors, oversight of special events, and database maintenance.

A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a well-organized work style, ability to keep accurate and confidential records, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of people. GRLT is an accredited land trust located in the mid-coast of Maine with offices in Rockland. The mission is to conserve the ecosystems and traditional heritage of the Georges River watershed. Currently the Land Trust has over 3,700 acres under conservation through preserves and easements, and a slate of events this summer and fall.
